S’mores are one of the most wonderful outdoor delicacies available and a local group is hosting an event with these delicious treats. This month’s Camp Fire Program coincides with another top-notch local event.

PolkTrails.org, along with the Kiwanis Club of Tryon, will host a Camp Fire Program at 7 p.m. on Friday, June 16.

The event will help participants of the Polk County Senior Games close out the games this year, as the camp fire will happen at The Meeting Place (75 Carmel Lane in Columbus).

Come out and join in the campfire fun and enjoy a gooey treat. Also, bring a blanket to relax and enjoy time with other members of the community.
