Visitors to our local farmers markets have the opportunity to give back over the next two weekends.

The markets will host a Canned Food Drive for Feed The Foothills on Sept. 15-16 and Sept. 22-23.

If you have a couple of cans in your pantry, please share with those less fortunate.

The Saluda Farmers Market happens weekly from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Fridays on West Main Street. The Columbus Farmers Market runs from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturdays at Courthouse Square.
