Crews are now working on three different fires in Polk County.

Two of the fires – Fish Hook Fire (Lake Adger) and Deepwoods – have mandatory evacuations.

As of 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, Mar. 20, residents on the following roads are being evacuated due to the Fish Hook Fire:

Lake Adger from Jackson to Highland Lane
Parkway North Rd from Lake Adger to North Park lane
North Park Lane
North Boundry Rd
North Martin Lane 

Mandatory evacuation for the Deepwoods area include:
Deepwoods Lane
Wesley Lane
Piney Gate Rd
Piney Overlook Lane
Piney Gate Rd
Gamelands Trail
Oakview Lane
Volley Way
Charity Branch Dr
Windsong Ln
Moonshine Trace

 Residents can go to the Polk County Shelter at 75 Carmel Lane in Columbus.
