The last Friends of Ag Breakfast for the season is set for 7 a.m. on Wednesday, May 15, at the Green Creek Community Center.
This month will be a Friends of Agriculture round table discussion. Our ag community is expanding and thriving. There is so much goodness going on that we wanted to give you all a chance to share, ask questions, network and make suggestions as we move forward. After a delicious breakfast, we will have an open discussion featuring our Friends of Ag in Polk County.
This event is free and open to the public. Local farmers, growers, and other food producers provide fresh ingredients for a delicious complimentary country breakfast.
To be sustainable, please bring your coffee mug and plate. This month’s FOA breakfast sponsor is Mountain Brook Vineyards.
This historic breakfast has been held for the past 12 years featuring speakers from many local farms and other agricultural experts in their field. It is the place to meet your neighbors and connect with community support agencies that are here to help us all maintain our beautiful, rural agricultural county.
This event is held at the Green Creek Community Center, 25 Shields Drive, Tryon, NC. Friends of Agriculture Breakfast is held on the third Wednesday of every month November through May.
