Santa Claus is, indeed, coming to town and you are invited to have breakfast with the North Pole’s most famous resident.

Santa will make an early visit to Polk County so kids can snap a photo with the jolly ole’ elf.

The YMCA is hosting Breakfast with Santa from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, December 7, at the Stearns Gym (105 North Peak Street in Columbus).

The cost is $10 per child. Check out the flier below for more information and sign up for the event by clicking here. You must register each child individually.

Preparations are still being made for a YMCA in Polk County. The hope is that construction will begin sometime in 2025.

For now, though, there are programs happening in Polk County. From youth sports to certifications, there’s something for all ages.
