All Polk County Local Government offices will be closed Friday, July 4 in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

The Polk County Landfill will also be closed on that day. It will reopen on Saturday, July 5.

Emergency services will continue to operate as usual.

All county offices will reopen for normal hours on Monday, July 7.
