Here’s a quick description: Under general supervision, performs skilled work in the maintenance and repair of County buildings, grounds, parks, facilities, county equipment along with other duties as assigned. Position performs carpentry, construction, painting, masonry, plumbing and minor electrical tasks. Duties assigned to employees in this position may vary according to qualifications of the employee, and specific needs of the Department and allocation of workload.
