Polk County residents can sign up for informational texts about upcoming elections through the TextMyGov software.

Just text “POLKVOTER” to 9186 and you will be signed up for a service where the local Board of Elections will be able to inform you about a variety of topics, including registration deadlines and the times and locations of voting.
