Thanks to your generosity, Polk County Senior Services served over 40,000 meals to Polk County seniors last year. With your help, we were able to provide security, comfort, dignity, and most of all – the knowledge that someone cares.

While we have the momentum, we would like to call upon you once again for support. We continue to seek out new opportunities to improve the center and invite new members. For us to be successful in meeting the needs of our community, we need your help.

Today, we embark on our Year-End Campaign. Our goal is to raise funds to assist with our expanding Meals on Wheels program and to continue growing the programs offered at the center, but we can’t do it alone.

Every donation helps us nourish the mind, body and soul of our senior neighbors, one meal at a time. If you would like to be a part of these efforts to support our community members, we kindly ask you to take a moment to send a donation to the Polk County Council on Aging, so that we can continue the valuable work we’ve begun. Remember, every penny counts, and no amount is too small. A donation from you will go a long way towards completing the work we’ve already begun, and for future improvements.
