Looking for a fun and engaging way to keep your child active this fall? The YMCA Youth Co-Ed Volleyball and NFL Flag Football programs are here! Whether your child is an aspiring volleyball star or ready to hit the gridiron, our leagues offer a great opportunity to develop skills, play on a team, and have a blast with friends.

The YMCA is offering volleyball at two locations: Middle Tyger YMCA in Duncan and Thomas E. Hannah YMCA in downtown Spartanburg.

For Volleyball:

This program is designed for boys and girls, ages 6-13, to learn volleyball skills, develop teamwork, and have fun!

·     Cost: Members: $65, Non-Members: $120

·     Ages: 6 years old – 13 years old

For Flag Football

NFL FLAG is the premier youth flag football league for boys and girls ages 6-13. The program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning life lessons in teamwork.

Dates: October 21 to December 14

·     Locations: Thomas E. Hannah YMCA (Downtown Spartanburg)

·     Cost: Members: $65, Non-Members: $120

·     Ages: 6-13

·     Divisions: U8 | U10 | U12 | U14

·     Practice Schedule:

·     U8 (6-7 y/o) and U10 (8-9 y/o) will practice on Mondays and play games on Wednesdays

·     U12 (10-11 y/o) and U14 (12-13 y/o) will practice on Tuesdays and play games on Thursdays

·     Registration Period:

Opens: August 24, 2024

Closes: October 6, 2024

·     Late Registration: October 7 – October 17, 2024

·     Late Registration Fee: Additional $20

Requirements: Players must wear a mouth guard, shorts without pockets, and cleats.

Included: Each player will receive an official NFL FLAG jersey, belt, and flags.
